• Reason for your refund request

Refund requests are reviewed individually and, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Because this is a digital product that is delivered immediately and can be duplicated or retained after download, refunds are not provided solely because the product did not meet your personal expectations, you decided you do not need it, or you changed your mind after purchase.

Refunds may be considered when:

• The product is materially different from the description presented on our website.
• The product has a significant technical defect that prevents its intended use and we are unable to reasonably correct the issue.
